Client agrees:

"By having a session, I am participating by my own free will. I understand the practitioner does not make any binding claims about what BQH is or is not, nor any guarantees about what will happen during or after my session. I will not rely exclusively upon my experience in a BQH session nor the thoughts, views, and opinions shared by the practitioner to make business, legal, medical, or other personal life decisions. I do not hold the practitioner responsible for any outcome in my life, whether negative or positive. I recognize that others may serve to facilitate my growth but they are not responsible for my experience. I am in charge of my own healing and ascension process, and responsible for my own choices and consciousness."
Practitioner agrees:

"To the best of my ability, I will serve and facilitate the client's healing, upliftment, and growth. I am certified in Beyond Quantum Healing and have relevant personal experience and qualifications, but I am not a licensed therapist nor medical practitioner."
